You cannot all you can do is to disqualify the entire county
Under the (1964?) Voting Rights Act many states were required to follow additional federal rules and oversight d/t long records of past infractions. Does anyone know whether the same can be applied to substate levels of government, like Broward? It might offer an inroad for Trump to act.
I read somewhere they have until 8pm Sat to turn in their final tally...why would it take 4 days to count votes and why give them that long?

You can’t...no one can. That’s why they think it’s the perfect crime....unless ALL the County’s ballots are completely invalidated. And that’s exactly what needs to happen. Sure, the honest voters will be disenfranchised, but too bad. Maybe they’ll all get pissed off enough to clean up their damn mess.
In this modern digital day and era, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for any of this. People need to be arrested, jailed, tried and hanged.

Invalidating the ballots is the hammer. But, I haven’t read that it’s an available remedy.
Trump and co. know about Broward County demrat corruption. This is probably all set up.

I just read where they can’t meet the deadline so invalidate their ballots and move on. IF the RATs howl and gnash their teeth....tough. Let em clean up their mess...maybe even riot.

While I have sympathy for the voters of Florida with this fraud, I have little for Scott. He was the governor and could have fixed or had a defense against such practices.
BUT IT IS INSANE THAT NOTHING IS HAPPENING TO STOP HER!

Scott’s not an idiot but he’s not a big schmoozer and crowd pleaser. He withdrew from a lot of public stuff after press attacks on him as “snake head,” etc. He’s just not very outgoing, and while you may not have liked Jeb Bush, he was good at that stuff. Everybody has their particular gift.
The real problem is that the GOP has been way too docile and in fact wouldn’t even have supported candidates who challenged Dem corruption....until Trump came along and give them support.
Write in votes/Provisional votes should be required to be certified/ stamped by a certified clerk. They are not hard to find anywhere you are.

Allowed to keep serving by the Chief Executive of the State of Florida. Chief Executive of Florida runs for the Federal Senate, lady who burnt ballots and got off “scot(t) free” is currently undermining this Chief Executive bid for Senate.
This situation proves Scott is an idiot in the governing/Machiavellian (Not a negative, this is how you should wade through the governing process) realm. Scott of course is smart in many ways but dumb in a lot of other ways as well.
Huh? I’ve voted many times in FL and have never been given a receipt or anything to take with me except an “I voted” sticker.

Brenda Snipes has not yet complied with the 7pm ET court deadline for access to the #BrowardCounty ballots.
Additionally, a truck allegedly carrying documents was just seen leaving Broward County elections headquarters.
This demands immediate action.
