(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement in response to the resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, bringing an end to his controversial tenure as the nations top law enforcement officer:
I hope transparency and rooting out corruption and abuse becomes the focus of any new Attorney General. President Trump has been terribly victimized by Justice Department and FBI corruption. The Justice Department was a black hole in terms of transparency. It covered up institutional misconduct and, unbelievably, went out of its way to defend misconduct by Hillary Clinton and other Obama administration officials.
Now that President Trump has removed AG Sessions and appointed Mr. Whitaker as Acting Attorney General, I hope the new DOJ leadership ends the abusive Mueller investigation and finally does a serious prosecution of Clintons email crimes and other misconduct.
Sorry about that.
And you’re full of sh!t, too.
Somebody vouched for Rosenstein, but it wasnt Sessions.
Sorry that you are so pathetically uninformed.
Sessions defends Deputy AG Rosenstein:
Sessions to White House: If Rosenstein goes, I might have to go:
An ethical AG standing up against an ..,,,
So Huber is chopped liver then?
yes, he is chopped liver, either that or a meat popsickle.
Sessions was a compromised iced meat popsickle... and as such could not resign until after the mid terms. speculation as to why. But now whatever was hanging over his head, must be gone.
Huber to this point is doing nothing to get her thighness her own reservaton at madame guillotine’s famous last resorte.
Trump has not won yet, the libs are right... until her thighness is resolved.
This is old news. Sessions hand picked Rotten Rod for his DAG because Magoo was the insurance policy. Take a hike, goron.
If you think he was Deep State or a pawn of the Left, after over 30 years of distinguished service as state AG and a Senator (Paul Sperry said he was the only one who was not corruptible), then there's a famous bridge in NYC I can sell you. It's named after a borough that used to host the Dodgers.
Not so, but your delusions are certainly entertaining.
Sure he is.
Is that why he's now free to testify against Deep State actors and actresses in military tribunals?
Sessions made his recusal intentions known during confirmation. Shame Trump wasnt paying attention.
More lickspittle drooling.
Sessions was one of the first Republicans to endorse Trump and has been on the immigration front-lines for years.
How in the Hell does that make him a Globalist?
If you think he was Deep State or a pawn of the Left
he was.
period.
get over it.
we KNEW this was coming.
you have a condition call bias confirmation.
I DID think as you do.
I KNOW by what they do. what they are. By their fruits you shall know them. you think the guy was salt and light.
But when blackmailed the salt can lose it’s savor... and be trampled under foot. I feel for jeff... but he was WRONG in his actions.
Until Trump says other wise, what jeff did speaks so loud that we CANNOT hear what YOU say about him. I would say that once he failed, trump probably told him he would have to resign, but after the election... for political considerations. In that perhaps, he became what trump needed him to be.. a placeholder. Like Amarosa... he is now discarded. since he was once salty... he will probably keep his mouth shut and show some grace... but he did NOT do what he should have... per trump. Period.
your mileage can and will vary.. and that’s okay with me.
have a good weekend.
From the LA Slimes:
[Sessions] picked someone who grew up in the department and knows how cases are decided, and should be decided.
Jamie Gorelick, deputy attorney general from 1994-1997
Say no to oxy, smoking banana peels and huffing whippet canisters
Trump wanted a wing man like Clinton and Obie had. If that is his expectation he needs to plan on going through another 4 or 5 AGs if he gets a second term.
Trump picked him. Sessions tried to fire him. Try and keep up.
I heard that Sessions wants to reclaim his Senate seat in 2020, but can he get nominated, much less defeat Jones?
Easily.
