Secstate needs to go to Broward and say what’s going on, what is your official count. Period.

There should be a requirement that at the time of poll closing, each county must report to the state the number of total ballots. This should include ballots cast in person, by mail in, provisional, “found in the trunk of a car”, everything.
It would work to end the post election ballot stuffing.

In addition, the total number of ballots cat should be immediately compared to the number of registered voters in each precinct. Any overage would isolate the ballots for a special count.
