Yeah, he didn’t touch her improperly, he was clearly in self defense. He didn’t give up the mic but there is no loaw that says he has to give up a mic when someone grabs him for it. Hate the guy but no, he didn’t harass her physically. She may have overstepped.

Yes, he interfered with her doing her job like the schmuck Acosta is. But that wasn’t violence against a woman. She also could have decided to not risk any aggressive move. She went for the aggressive move, trying to do her job on camera as best she could. That’s fine. She is wholly blameless.
But he wasn’t violent or physically aggressive. Just arrogant as he always is.
