Not exactly sure what took so long on this but the White House has finally suspended the hard pass press credential for CNN narrative engineer Jim Acosta following his rude behavior and physical confrontation with a White House intern earlier today.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders released the following statement:
President Trump believes in a free press and expects and welcomes tough questions of him and his Administration. We will, however, never tolerate a reporter placing his hands on a young woman just trying to do her job as a White House intern. This conduct is absolutely unacceptable. It is also completely disrespectful to the reporters colleagues not to allow them an opportunity to ask a question. President Trump has given the press more access than any President in history.

THANKS FOR THAT GIF!!
Declass should give us some empty seats in the Congress... heehee...
too bad we lost 7 governorships..
Yes. I have my problems with people extolling Trump in spiritual terms, as one who has been in ministry, but I certainly agree with your tagline. His opponents are despicable (used in place of Deplorable, which is now copyrighted).
Rudeness need not be tolerated.
Good comparison.
Either that or a switch that cuts the mic after the question is asked.
The press needs to be beaten back into line. Hopefully this is just the first strike.
Acosta has made his “brand” by being an ass. The more of an ass he is the more air time he gets.
He should be banned from White House grounds for the duration of the Trump presidency.
They should give the mic girl a taser.
I would have no problem with that either. Act like children, treat them like children.
Acosta is a liar. He used his wrist to forcefully push down the top of her forearm. What a grandstanding leftist scumbag.
This was about stealing the limelight from the election and acosta being the news for the news cycle rather than the President ad the elction results....it worked.
She had a great opening for an overhand right.
If she tried to take mike from him,why was he wrong to push her away?
A reporter without access is finished.
Reporter Walter Winchell told President Roosevelt that Alger Hiss was spying for Moscow. Winchell claimed, Leaning closer and pointing a finger in my face, he [Roosevelt] angrily said, I dont want to hear another thing about it! It isnt true. Winchell was not invited back to the White House for several months.
2. The PRESIDENT just told him that his time was up. He needed to give the mic back to the intern so she could give it to someone else.
Now, I agree, she was a little grabby with it, but she was following the PRESIDENT'S orders. Acosta needs to learn some respect for the office. He can ask annoying questions, but when he is told his time is over, he needs to obey.
Thanks for whole story. My phone not very big or loud with videos.
+2
That’s assualt and she should press charges against him.
He should not get his pass renewed
