Yes its bad behavior, and makes Acosta look bad, but its not ASSAULT... and yes they edited it.. but come on guys... that’s not assault.
I agree it is probably not assault. But he does aggressively push off on her. And ABC did edit that out.
He pushed back on her arm. Technically, that’s assault. But it’s likely moot; no one will press charges, and CNN sure won’t do anything to him. He should be barred from the WH Press Core, though; a thing long overdue, imho.
