Full title: Mom took PlayStation away, so 11-year-old Cleveland boy led police on second high-speed chase in 13 months

I guess they won’t bother to report on why the kid needed the PlayStation in the first place. Typical media bias.

A proper application of a good, stout leather belt across this little maniac’s posterior would do a world of good.

Failing that, Juvenile Hall. He’s a menace.

What a bunch of malarkey hdd, bipolar, etc. I didn’t notice any mention of a father in the article. That’s probably what the boy suffers from, lack of an adult male to keep him in line.

Wow, that's a picnic! All he's missing is gender dysphoria.

“The boy suffers from attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder and oppositional defiant disorder,”

What a bunch of crap.

OT1H, the statists want everyone to be labeled as defective.

OTOH, these same - who are also limp-wristed namby-pambies - want to give people every possible excuse in the book, rather than actually solving the problem.

This is liberalism, pure and simple.

My next question is, what demographic?

It should be clear by now that this boy shouldn’t be living under the Mom’s supervision. Not that she doesn’t care for him, but because she can’t control him very much.
He may be better off not in a family environment at all.

If the boy could somehow be taught to harness this wild energy, he would probably be very successful at something worthwhile. He has already shown the ability to learn how to operate a vehicle and (to some degree) navigate through traffic. He has a high aptitude for learning how things work. He has a high threshold for risk taking activity.
Doesn’t seem to have much fear of anything at this point in his short life. That should not be beaten out of him, but he needs to learn other ways to expel that energy other than stealing and running from the law.

I took my kids Pokemon cards away, and yes they were upset.

Sometimes a parent has to do what a parent has to do.
