We moved to Florida from Texas, and, yes, we have gotten Beto calls.

I kinda understand.
I have been getting calls, texts and voicemails regarding this election. 3 and 4 or more a day. For weeks and weeks now.
Sick of it.
So glad this ends today.

Voting by mail is foolish.

It's been going on for weeks. And even though my do not call is up-to-date from many years ago, they still keep calling.
The worst of it is they can lock up your line, either by leaving a voice message that forces you to play it through before you can delete it.
Or a robo call, they caught me if I say one word which I almost have to (I say who is this? or what do you want?). and then click you over to their spiel which can tie up your phone for the duration. I found that if I hit flash and start dialing my area code and hit a bunch of keys wth intermittent button to get the dial tone, I can finally free my phone. I haven't hit on the perfect solution yet. i read about a magic scientific number, that as a constant, will yield the secrets of the universe. I'll try that one.

Can’t say I blame him. We were getting at least 7 calls per day from the FL Republican Party and others for the past 2 or so weeks. It was so nice to have the phone quiet today.
My mailbox isn’t stuffed full of 100 ads, either.

My reaction, too. Ah feel yer pain. Two months of propaganda in my mailbox. Not a big problem in a one party state like the PRC and Mr. Chen may not be used to it. But the paper companies must love it.
