I don’t know about the east, but Lamb the Sham is highly favored over Rothfus, a pretty reliable (though not terribly exciting) conservative. Both came as “incumbents” into the new district because Lamb won the special election for Tim Murphy’s seat.
The fact that Lamb is even a factor is a combination of Lamb playing the conservative, and GOP chicanery twice over: Murphy’s infidelity/attempted abortion followed by the PA GOP choosing a lackluster candidate for the special election.
