Just heard from another polling place in the area, their turnout is 50% higher than typical midterm...

Turnout is off the charts around these parts and none of the positions are particularly contested so this is all driven by national trends

Yep, I voted yes on that amendment. I see it as pre-staging the law at the state level in case Roe should get struck down in the future.
