Partner, My brother in law has retired from HPD but after he retired he worked in getting these Illegal Alien felons back to their country of origin,

He told me that he would fly back convicted Illegal Alien felons back to the capital of say Guatemala or El Salvador or etc., etc.

He worked for on a contract basis and those convicted Illegal Alien felons wore hand cuffs and ankle cuffs and he made sure they were handed over to the proper authorities in these foreign countries.

My brother in law served in the 101st Airborne out of Ft. Bragg, N.C. before he landed the job as a police officer with HPD.

We do not do this anymore since Obama stopped on of this work and he got laid off.
