The best fear factor republicans can highlight is pelosi and aunti maxie waters in charge of anything.
“Im going to stand on my front porch h in my red coat and red mittens and wave. My personal red wave.”
That’s cute. Red mittins / red wave. :). That’s an idea that should catch on nationwide.
Also, there are a LOT of brainwashed millenials who will be voting and I fear they will be voting for the Dims.
That and the massive voter fraud that I predict will be happening could give the Dims the House.
I don’t think he means Obama per se, John.
I think he means the REACTION to Obama, via the TEA Party, democrats then subsequently going on a downward spiral, losing elections everywhere, starting with the House in 2010, the Senate in 2014, and just about all the governorships and legislatures since, and then Donald J. Trump in 2016.
Those “new” voters, the TEA party/Trump voters are not Bush or Romney Republicans, they are different.
And frankly, the democrats are now just about full blown Socialists.
So yes, I think the big political changes happened during Obama lousy administration.
The state legislators elected in 2018 will have a say in the 2020 redistricting. The 2020 redistricting will be the road map for the House in DC for the next decade 2020-2030.
An example of the long term ramifications, and importance of the state level 2018 mid-term elections.
One reason Florida must elect DeSantis over the communist Gillum:
The governors race could have more long term effects than the senate race. The elected governor will be in charge of 2020 redistricting.
Florida needs to get out and vote to defeat the communist Gillum.
Because if Gillum is elected the potential for a decade of blue Florida is in the cards given that:
The Florida Supreme Court recently ruled that the next governor of Florida will have the opportunity to appoint three new justices to the Florida Supreme Court. Republican Party of Florida chairman Blaise Ingoglia stated: Andrew Gillum would appoint radical, activist justices who would legislate from the bench and work to eliminate school choice, erode pro-life principles and impose big-government ideology on our state. A far-left court could also impact Floridas district maps.
For example, if Democrats are unhappy with how the legislature draws the lines, they will likely contest the proposed drawings and file a lawsuit. Assuming that this happens, the case could end up in the Supreme Court, at which time the Democrats will submit their proposed districts to the far left-leaning court. These districts will likely favor a shift in the balance of power to the Democrats.
If Andrew Gillum is elected governor of Florida, he will appoint far left-leaning justices who will be more inclined to favor the Democratic proposed state district maps. Gillum, a Democrat, will also have the power to veto the proposed congressional district lines. If this happens, and district lines are drawn in a manner that favors Democrats, many more Democrats will be elected in subsequent elections, and the Florida congressional delegation could turn Democrat. This sentiment is shared by some Democrats not only in Florida, but around the country.

I read earlier today that in Texas a pollster had to call 54,000 people to get 600 respondents...in the 20-30 age range they called 7,300 people to get... 66 respondents.
Does anybody think all those crazy socialists rampaging through our cities will actually vote?
I saw a video a week ago on a college campus asking students if they voted or if they will vote....1 in 10 said they will vote. For all the talk about the Dems being energized, it really comes down to a few screamers making all the noise.
First the DNC said the black voter will rise up and bring them victory...
Then they said the Hispanic voter will bring them victory...
Now they are counting on the 20’s crowd!
Is it any wonder they want to open our borders!
I hope you are right.
Here locally the news media showed the lines going out of early voters....there were a LOT of millenials in the crowd.
I hope they will just stay home.
“end of the post WW2 poltical model is Trump”
I agree, though the dem-o-rats used to pretend to be pro-military
October surprise on Monday or Tuesday with a retraction of the “news item” on Thursday?
Democrats vote on Wednesday, spread the word. /jk
LOL indeedy!!
You’ll need to remove your mittens so that your appropriate finger can be seen.
RED blood.
That’s pretty scary. Hard to win a Presidential election without Florida. We know the DEMS are working hard to import voters from the caravans in Florida and Texas.
I shudder to think what’s going to happen if the border states turn blue.
“And since the Kavanaugh hearings, Republicans are just as energized and united as Democrats. “
Thank you Feinstein, Kamala, Cory and Hirono!
“My personal red wave.”

That’s how I felt when the RED Sox won the World Series-——it was an omen.
