That is well within the realm of possibility.With Judge Kavanaugh,for example...what I saw and heard,as well as what I *didn't* see or hear,led me to strongly suspect that the accusations were unfounded.However,I cannot be 100% certain that they were.In cases like this it's true that 99% of the time the only people who know what did,or did not,happen are the accuser and the accused.

There was a body language expert that analyzed her reactions to questions to her during her testimony, and oh my word, it was pretty obvious she was lying. The expert looked at both what she did, and what she failed to do in regards to her actions- I was pretty convinced she was lying before viewing the video, because, like you, I just sensed something was off with her reactions and comments, but after seeing the video- it became clear my hunches were right- It was kind of stunning really, having it explained and thinking, ‘wow’ I knew something was off, I just didn’t know exactly what, now i do’
