Actually, considering his mother remains "under the jurisdiction" of her home country, he's not Mexican either. There's no executive order in Mexico, as there is in the US, declaring that children of illegal immigrants born there, are citizens.
Soon Trump will rescind that US executive order of the 1960s with a new one.
