It is not uncommon to see celebrities wade into presidential elections. In 2016, both the Republican and Democratic nominees had surrogates from the entertainment industry stumping for them at rallies, on cable news and on the trail.
But theres a risk to latching your candidacy onto individuals known more for their ability to generate a following than their grasp of policy.
President Trump discovered that this week.
Perhaps no other demographic group gives Trump lower approval ratings than black voters. Support for the president from black Americans was already low before Trump called NFL players protesting racial injustice by kneeling during the anthem sons of bitches and called the white supremacists marching to preserve memorials honoring Confederate soldiers who fought to keep black people enslaved very fine people.

At an all-time high with Black voters.
When I want thoughtful insight on the issues of the day I listen to narcissistic, substance abusing, bubble dwelling drama queens who got insanely rich because of an ability to read music and carry a tune, or by playing make believe. And to think when I was a kid I was made fun of for believing pro wrestling was real.
It seems that their boy Hussein 0bama is only good at attracting flies now - they have to pay for someone to listen to his crap.
Oprah supports Mad Maxine.
Yes, his approval rating is and was low among Blacks, but that is not a point that matters at all. It is "low" among Hispanics and Jews too. But it's way up in 2018 compared to where it was in 2016 and that is what scares the left more than anything. They need to keep 90% of the black vote and 70% of the Hispanic vote in their camp. If they lost 10% points of both, they can't win any election. And they will lose a large % of both because all the deception, bullying, and demagoguery in the world can't convince a person who is making money than she ever has that she's worse off than before.
Trump is taking so much heat on immigration, but Black and Hispanic voters know the truth - the immigrants are not coming to do jobs nobody else will do, they are coming to take their jobs! The Dems will lose in attrition more than can gain by cheating. The left likes to say these immigrants are coming to work in farms. That is only a small part of it. There are no farms in the cities where most of the Hispanics migrate! The Democrats need low wage workers in the cities to work in hotels, convention centers not just menial labor but all kinds of jobs that keep the cities running; desk clerks, paper pushers, repair and maintenance, retail etc. The big developers and convention planners and hotel companies need low cost labor to make the cities run. Don't believe the BS they feed you. They are not coming to pick fruit. At least the left admits these people are mostly coming for the economic opportunities - put 2+2 together there is more economic opportunity working your way up the ladder in the cities than on any farm.
And if they don’t manage to get your job, they depress the wages for the job you manage to keep.
We must attack and destroy the MSM by constantly poking fun at their stupidity. "One horse laugh is worth 1,000 syllogisms. It is not only more effective; it is also vastly more intelligent." -- words of America's greatest journalist/pundit, H L. Mencken.

That's something democrats won't tolerate. They want mindless drones they can count on for votes each election, but who can then be ignored without any consequences. They know that strategy is in danger because of people like Kanye West.
I hope he stays involved in promoting freethinking. We have to understand his goal, and how it helps the country. We shouldn't expect him to agree with us on everything. MAGA!
