So today the president proposed doing away with birthright citizenship, the constitutional right that any child born in the United States automatically becomes an American citizen, Todd said.
The tone of Todds narrative exposing his contempt for President Trump.
Now what the president really is proposing is that we stop talking about bombs sent to his political opponents by a political supporter, he continued. That we stop talking about whether a mass murderer was somehow influenced by his words or policy proposals.

Well Chuck, eventually the question about birthright citizenship will reach the US Supreme Court and then we’ll find out one way or the other won’t we. Or are you afraid of what the ruling might be?
President Trumps switch from a tax cut proposal to birthright citizenship was a genius move, and maybe one he had planned all along to blindside the Democratics.
It sure is working like a charm, and I’ll gladly forgo a tax cut as an exchange.
‘Course, we’ll get both.
This Winning is exhilarating.
Yeah, still waiting for that tax cut in our first full year as retirees. Looking at $600 more taxes this year. So, I’ll take a fix to birthright citizenship as more than compensation.
Up Chuck hates Trump.
In little Chuck mind, he is suppose to get a trophy, not a fist on his nose.
Never was intended to grant foreigners kids citizenship and everyone knows it.
I’d prefer we wait until RBG croaks and we have one more justice, I do not trust Roberts.
Really? MORE taxes?
My wife works full time, I am 1/2 time and our tax preparer showed us we would have paid $1,500 less last year under the new plan.
Seesh, I hope your calculations are wrong.
Sometime it pays to be wrong! Hehe.
As always Chuck regurg's the DNC talking points.
“Look at my scraggly moustache and goatee, not my receding hairline. You know, the a$$hole-with-dentures look.”
You mean the same guy that took a month to figure out a porn lawyer was playing the press, while everyone else figured it out in 15 minutes?
Answer this question and you have ‘the’ answer concerning those heading our way.
Should the Honduras Diplomat
to the United States, who is in the US legally, give birth to a child while in the US, is the child automatically a US citizen?
No, they’re right (or at least they were until we officially closed on the sale of our house last week - I don’t expect much change since there wasn’t any capital gains relief in the tax bill). It was primarily the loss of deducting medical premiums and expenses, especially for my under 65 medical plan, that resulted in a higher tax bill.
We’re right at the $10K limit for property taxes + state income taxes combined. That plus some mortgage interest and the medical expenses (plus some misc.), and we were near $23K in deductions in my calculations.
Under the current code, we take the $24K standard deduction plus one 65+ exemption. Under the old code, we would have had $23K in deductions plus two exemptions ($8K+) plus the 65+ exemption. So, approximately $7K more taxable income this year. Even with the lower rates, it’s still a higher tax bill.
Except it is NOT a constitutional right for anyone without legal American parents or at least one American citizen parent. This loophole has been abused long enough. 50+ years too long really.
Time to make the system work so those who do it the right way can get in legally. Not those who's first act on our soil is to break our laws.
Nope.
It was never intended to give foreigners and illegals citizenship.
Legal immigrants are the lagest group opposed to this bastardization of the law.
What Chuck Todd is REALLY saying is even with his neatly trimmed “prison pu$$y” he can’t attract no luff from the jung boise when he cruses de streep.
Hey. This is rewriting whatever people you hate say is fun! Why didn’t I try this years ago?
