House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi made yet another bold prediction in the days leading up to the midterm elections—Democrats “will win” the House.
Pelosi, D-Calif., who is hoping to take back the gavel and assume her former position as House speaker, has projected confidence for months about her party's chances of regaining the majority. But in her latest comments, she predicted victory, with no caveats, while suggesting Democrats could even take the Senate -- though recent polling still reflects a GOP advantage in the upper chamber.
“Let me say this. Up until today, I would’ve said, ‘If the election were held today, we would win,’” Pelosi said on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” Tuesday. “What now I’m saying is, ‘We will win.’”

Pelosi,Schumer & Maxine have had more exposure than the true majority leaders in the GOP in a period in which the Prez,House & Senate are GOP. Ever think of that?
Dems act like Schumer & Pelosi decide on various policy decisions that their fed. judges will make (block pause in terrorist country immigration,block punishing sanctuary cities by withholding money, make sure RINOs & Dems block the Wall,etc.).

I’ve noticed the media and Dems are increasingly optimistic about taking the House. This just happened the past week. Are Republican internal polls showing the House is 100% toast? Even “anonymous” Repub consultants are saying the House will go Blue, easily.
What is the state of play in the House? I’m feeling pessimistic but who knows.

They’re always increasingly optimistic the week before an election. Doesn’t mean anything one way or the other. What matters is turnout, and there is reason to be optimistic about that on the Repub side. It’s impossible to tell from polls though. IF Repubs vote like they did in 2016, we will win. Period. Just vote and pray.
