If I had kids that did that, I’d get rid of every TV in the household, buy a new one, and put MY parental control on it to keep THEM out.
Also, I’d stop paying their cell phone bill, and shut down the wi-fi (except when I wanted to use it).

When my kids were younger and on the payroll, if I would call them and not have my call returned promptly, I would go online and deactivate their phone. Very shortly thereafter I would receive a call from an unknown number, from one of my boys, telling me their phone stopped working. I would reply that I called and didnt receive a reply...the phone is mine...since you arent answering it, I no longer need it.
Each one had to experience this lesson only a single time before they understood their responsibility.

No need to shut the Wi-Fi down. Just change the password to something unguessable and use it in front of them all the time.
