What is GAB and what is this about?
GAB is a place for cowards who aren’t man enough to say what they want without anonymity. And yes, it is different from forums such as this one, which polices itself and is for the free exchange of ideas and information. GAB is totally anonymous and has no accountability which means it attracts the lowest of the low. It’s where you can say anything simply because it will shock people, and you can feel like you matter for a few minutes.
It is currently offline for a few days while they are moving the site to another domain and platform provider. Masters of the Universe have been trying to push them off the internet and shut them down over and over as they can't abide anyone having the audacity to have differing or dissenting political opinions and publishing them.

It is the wild west of thought & speech. If you are willing to think it & willing to publish it, GAB will host your comment. As with all things unregulated one may find themselves exposed to some outrageous stuff from time to time. One also may experience some new & fresh thinking being expressed that is quite contrary to current group think.
Just be aware, if threats are conveyed GAB may archive the posts & share with law enforcement especially if a criminal act is committed by that user as relates to the content.
