I actually thought she was making a sarcastic dig at the interviewer. She was. It was a brilliant zinger - quite unusual for Hillary, who was born without the genes for humor or wit.

The fact that people are astounded and shocked by this amazes me. I worked with the chief of Clinton’s protective detail and he said the “N” word was tossed around like candy when Clinton was in office and Hillary and that pompous little prick George Stephanopoulos were the main offenders.
