Not after they’ve taken your money. If they were up front sbout it they would have never taken them as clients. Now they just fail to deliver promised services they were paid for. They knew the nature of the clients website and it was not an issue, now they change their mind and without warning change the rules midway.
I say hang em out to dry.
This situation is likely a breach of contract.
I just am not sure political affiliation is legally/Constitutionally protected.
It should be and I do hope these organizations that are clearly being discriminated will sue sue sue!
