They will but they are starting at Texas (the nearest pint for the caravan) and then moving west to California ( the fairest point)

Somebody mentioned that the caravans are closest to Texas, so start there and move west.....

However, I heard an interview with DHS Sec who said something about having concentrated on critical areas in California (San Diego especially) in Wall building up to this point. California may already have some important shoring up accomplished, thereby lessening the urgency until the immediate threat south of Texas is handled.

I also recall Trump speaking some time ago about how he got an agreement from MoonBeam that US Nat Guard can indeed be placed on the California border, when they had been most uncooperative about that.
