A pipe bomb loaded with explosive black powder was hand-delivered to the suburban New York City home of billionaire financier George Soros by a would-be attacker, prompting the FBI to launch an investigation into who would want to harm the philanthropist and political activist, a law enforcement source told ABC News on Tuesday.
The FBI photographed the device and then detonated it near Soros' home in Katonah, New York, and were analyzing fragments to determine why the bomb did not go off, the source said.
The device was not delivered via U.S. Postal Service, a source familiar with the investigation confirmed to ABC News. Law enforcement is now investigating if the device actually came through a private package-delivery service and whether it was hand delivered or came through some delivery system, the source said.

The man with low IQ could also have a dependency disorder. Be willing to do anything at first to have someone like them, then having the IQ of a 6th grader (or less) simply be threatened or threaten your family.

I would imagine that the Soros estate has armed security at the entrance who would be the ones accepting deliveries, and verifying the legitimacy of the person dropping off any package, and that this security would have a video record of everybody who comes to the place.
Seriously. His past misadventures with currency manipulation and the like have left this man with legions of hard core enemies all about the planet.

I posted that the whole story about the bomber being a homeless former male stripper living in a van with every window covered with Trump posters was a version of the movie Wag the Dog.
The fake devises which look like crude pipe bombs that were hand delivered in New York but also supposedly mailed from Florida were part of the reason.

I read that the case was taken away from the US Attorney in Miami and sent to the corrupt US Attorney in the Southern District of New York, which has been involved in so many cover-ups.
I don’t think that a crazy, low IQ, homeless guy down in Florida would be able to find George Soros’s address.
