KOBANÎ
According to local sources, the Turkish occupation army has shelled the villages of Zormixar and Xirab Eto, west of Kobanî near the border, at 10:30 am on Wednesday morning, with several shells landing on the village of Xirab Eto and its environs and Zormixar village.
The sources confirmed that the shelling did not result in casualties or injuries and limited to some damage to the houses of the parents.
The source said that the shelling is still ongoing intermittently.
It was also written about in a VOA article I posted earlier today:
Turkey Strikes Kurdish Positions in Northern Syria
Turkey has absolutely ZERO RIGHT TO ATTACK THE KURDS IN SYRIA, a SOVEREIGN country.
“The villages of Zormixar and Xirab Eto, west of Kobanî were shelled with tanks and artillery”
What sort of howitzer can shell a village with tanks?
That must be one hell of a big gun.
Yep, hard to shot a tank through the air. I’ve seen some spectacular fireballs from photo’s of Turkey’s Leopards II’s taken with Russian ATGM’s by YPG/YPJ in Efrin.
Correct, but Turkey thinks they need not ask permission from anybody. That might blow up in their face some day.
I don’t dislike Turks but I despise their leadership and how they treat others.
Yep, hard to shot a tank through the air?
Don’t you think, you should proofread your own work first? Nah, you are salivating over correcting the next person.
Sometimes it is done in humor.
Then there are the spelling police. (I don’t use spell check often enough, auto correct messes up more than it fixes)
Sigh.
