That is why an amdendment is needed fairly soon — just in case the dems ever take over completely. Right now they can only do certain things.
If the Dems take over completely an Amendment will be irrelevant as will be the entire Constitution. It will still be used to justify acts and measures that are patently unConstitutional and will not be officially disposed of but it will be only an imaginary picture frame.
