There remains a certain core group of tech fanatics still upset about Net Neutrality, but most everyone else has moved on.

Protections for who from what?
One always knows that general statements such as this can come only from prejudiced writers.
(And, in this case, dumb ones.)
They need to rename Net-Neutrality “Actions to Control Conservative Thought” then the socialists can get behind it.
