That clip showed more of MK’s remarks than I ever heard in the news stories. She said that when she was young, a girl wanted to go trick or treating as Diana Ross, so the girl darkened her skin to look more like DR. Not exactly an action intended to insult black people.
But PCness is irrational and emotional and little or nothing will turn its adherents away.
I’d happily get fired if I can get just 10% of the payout she received.

Not a fan of Me-again, but she did nothing wrong and did not deserve to be canned. Though, if you’re gonna get canned, it’s nice to get a few millions for the road.
Suspect they wanted her gone because she has made a few non-leftist statements in recent weeks, on top of low ratings. Can’t have the narrative harshed by the on-air talent, can we?
