Notice also how clean the van is. Does not look like an immobile junker that he was living out of.
Looks like a late 80's/early 90's Dodge van that was well maintained, or recently repainted. They are prone to rusting around the wheel wells and rocker panels under the doors, especially with those running boards attatched.

Someone upthread identified it as a 2003 Dodge van. Looks older than that to me.

I used to own a 1989 Chevy van conversion that closely resembled the van in the photos, as to vintage. Mine had the old chrome door handles. This one has plastic door handles, so it's probably not quite as old.
