His Facebook page is under an alias that makes him seem Hispanic, Cesar Altieri Randazzo. Also full of him at Trump campaign events in 2016.

His surname is Phillipine...he could have Native American ancestry, but so do most of us. Wonder if that is his claim or is someone else saying that?
