Those things make me suspect this was a prank... that the prankster now deeply regrets.

If that would be the case, and he has any sense, he’s already lawyered up.

If he had any sense, he would not have done this. Also, if he had any sense, he would have made sure video did not catch him dropping off the bombs. My guess: The FBI already knows who he is, and it's too late for a lawyer to matter . . . unless he's a connected democrat, in which case Comey's insider understudy has probably already drafted a statement that:

"Although we did not find clear evidence that the suspect or his/her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of explosives, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly dangerous chemicals. Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of pipe bombs, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

The bomber is toast, unless he works in Mad Maxine's office. In that case, the Deep State will determine that there was no intent to commit a crime.
