I don’t think that a POTUS supporter would do this to elicit support for democrats, and create a narrative to blame President Trump.
Also, I think the “get er done”(SP) and supposed ISIS (girl) flag could be an effort to point to the republicans but I see it as more of an in your face snide remark to POTUS supporters by the opposition perpetrator and was suppose to be found, other wise, the tag would have been destroyed by the explosion.
any package over 13 ounces that is to be mailed by the USPS has to be personally dropped off at a US Post Office ... won’t get delivered if you put it in your own mailbox; won’t get delivered if you drop it in one of USPS’s boxes ... also, i’ve received tons of padded envelopes in the USPS and the stamps are ALWAYS cancelled ...
