Actually, I did not even mention 1959.
I did point out that there was some turbulence during 60s and 70s.
I mentioned weather underground as one of the groups that operated but did not specify which years. Nor did I mean to imply that only the weather underground was the reason.
Clearly an 18 month period was not inclusive of the entire 20 years.
