Once things are that far gone and your kid is in that system, I suppose so.
I’m just trying to help, but if it were my child, I would move and start over in a different fresh environment. I know it’s easier said than done.
There is no getting away, the child is/will be removed.

These kids get legal services and guardians from the state in a heartbeat.
The state finds them friendly environments.
You have no idea.
But think about the parents from CT who brought their daughter to Mass for a second option on an illness diagnosed in CT.
and how the daughter was removed from their custody for a couple of years and bombed with psych meds, and the parents could do nothing. You don’t really own your kids and as I tell my clients it takes one phone call to lose them.
