Meet Bartolo Fuentes, the Honduran ex-lawmaker who helped launch the 7,000-strong caravan marching toward the United States on a promise he says he never made.
In September, Fuentes began coordinating with groups dispersed throughout Honduras seeking to make the trek north.
The initial number of people involved was about 200.
No one expected this human avalanche, Fuentes told the Daily Beast in an interview published Tuesday.

Turn back all these undocumented Democrat voters???
Capture this guy, put him the border and when all the illegals get there and let them take care of him when they find out this whole trip was for naught.
Just got a pop up headline from National Geographic that claims that climate change is responsible for the mob leaving Guatemala !
A Caravan is a Minivan, this is a MOB.
Yea, it was ALL this guy.
Sure.
It has to be as you say. Logistically, this is an infantry column of 10,000 marching through three countries. Food, shelter, places to sleep, medical, even clothing like shoes which would wear out pretty fast.
This is financed, organized, and here’s the evidence: Not one report of anyone overcome by heat, fatigue, injury, assault, or rape. No dead children or women by the side of the road.
Because any of that would blow up in Democrat’s faces.
I need to turn in my absentee ballot. It’s the only way to vote in the People’s Soviet of Washington.
Is ANYONE going to actually ask the Democratic Candidates if they oppose or support this giant foreign welfare line?
Exactly! This invasion wasnt completely organized, or funded, by this Fuentes guy.
Some others, like $oros or $teyer, have their dirty hands on it, as well.
Work Fuentes over, until he spills all the beans.
How much does each participant get paid to march?
Whether its this guy or Soros or some other Leftist financier in the US, I think this will end up helping us. This is clearly an invasion. The vast majority of the American people will see that if we let this invasion force in, many more will soon follow.
Trump is for building the wall and enforcing our immigration laws. The Democrats are against both. Hell, they want to abolish borders completely. Who you gonna vote for? Hey Blacks and working class Whites, like those new jobs and your paychecks going up for the first time in decades? Hows that going to work out for you when the country is swamped with all that cheap labor?

Can they get asylum in the US from God?

What changed everything was a TV report on HCH a Honduran news channel.
A woman reportedly part of the caravan told TV anchors of Fuentes efforts, and she mentioned assistance. The anchors then supposedly said Fuentes would pay migrants food and transportation costs which he denied in an interview.
Still, thousands took a chance, since a human-smuggling coyote charges upwards of $7,000 to take someone across the US border.

I watch HCH most every day. They have a segment whereby people can call in and say whatever is on their mind. HCH does not censor nor approve the remarks. HCH is an acronym for “Hable Como Habla”, loosely, speak what’s on your mind. Some are trying to blame HCH for organizing this, but they merely give people a forum.
Fuentes is the visible guy, the guy out front, in the end the hero or the fall guy. Meanwhile, Zelaya and Nasralla hide in the shadows whipping their Libre lackeys to more violence and lunacy. Make no mistake, behind the scenes this isn’t about immigration, it’s about doing as much harm to the administration of Juan Orlando Hernandez as possible, with the side benefit of harming Trump whom Zelaya sees as Hernandez’ bosom buddy. That’s one reason the Democrats are all warm and fuzzy over this. And not all the liberal nuts are in the US. Just last night a hard-core Libre family member on FaceBook berated me for supporting Hernandez. Probably 30% of the population here would like nothing better than to turn the country completely over to Venezuela. Many think the more that leave for the US, the easier it will be for Libres to seize power, peacefully or otherwise.
The “passage” to the US varies by coyote. I’ve seen offers here of as little as L35,000, about $1450, still a lot of money here.
Thanks for your post. Keep us informed on the local news.
Fuentes = scapegoat being tossed under bus?
Fuentes is a known Libre and left-wing “activist”. Does anyone really believe he had any intention of walking to the US with this crowd? Strange how he conveniently got detained and deported in Guatemala. He was/is the front guy, back in Honduras with Zelaya whipping up another group. Many don’t realize, even in Honduras, that Zelaya was a member of the infamous Battalion-316, which from the 1980s to 2000 or so, was responsible for incredible political violence, assassinations and “disappearances”. When he became president, he stuffed his administration with former members of this group. And a third of the country SUPPORT HIM. Puentes is part of that crowd, just to put it into perspective.
He needs to be taken out.
Soros was behind the last caravan - https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3698922/posts
Things are getting a little edgy in Honduras as this caravan situation continues. Activists are whipping up public sentiment in the streets, and sometimes appear to border on anti-Americanism. Zelaya is a very happy camper!
I just received this from the US Embassy: “The U.S. Embassy is aware of the potential for both organized and impromptu demonstrations throughout Honduras in coming days. Similar demonstrations have targeted the U.S. Embassy in the past, and may have an anti-American sentiment.”
Usually these thing blow over pretty fast, but I’ve never seen a situation quite like this. We’ll just have to keep a low profile and see how it all plays out.
Interesting. Keep us informed.
