Their entire culture is corrupt. That's why american politicans want them to replace us, so they will no longer have to hide their graft.
I lived in Southern California for over 45 years; I NEVER MET A MEXICAN WHO WOULDN’T STEAL ANYTHING THAT WASN’T BOLTED DOWN, and if it was bolted down they would steal a wrench and unbolt it just to steal it.
The only people we ever had electrocuted stealing our copper wire off our construction sites were MEXICANS.
But they were dead so I would call it a push.
