I lived in Southern California for over 45 years; I NEVER MET A MEXICAN WHO WOULDN’T STEAL ANYTHING THAT WASN’T BOLTED DOWN, and if it was bolted down they would steal a wrench and unbolt it just to steal it.
The only people we ever had electrocuted stealing our copper wire off our construction sites were MEXICANS.
But they were dead so I would call it a push.

I grew up in Southern California, and what you say is true. They are utter miscreants. In 1977 I was shot at by a Mexican while I was at work.

I got the hell out of California in 1979 and never looked back.
