(Gateway Pundit) Thank you, Maxine Waters. A man named Frank posted a video to his Twitter account Saturday night claiming he and his family were denied service at Ruby Tuesday in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina because he was wearing a Trump Make America Great Again t-shirt.
Frank said there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant and people who walked into Ruby Tuesday after him and his family were seated right away.
He decided to vent on social media.
Cannot believe our family was denied service at Ruby Tuesday in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina because I am wearing a Trump shirt. Very sad! Frank said in a tweet.

Let’s see, Ruby Tuesday’s... it is another restaurant chain that is dying...the local RT closed a few weeks ago...
“WAITER! WAITER!!!! There’s a FROG IN MY SOUP!!!!!”
Waiter:
“we know, we know.....it’s there to keep the FLIES out......”
Refusing service is a crime.
We have none around here. Good thing too.
“Refusing service is a crime.”
Only in very specific and narrowly defined situations. Race/Religion/Gender/Sexual Orientation are the specifics.
This ain’t one of them.
Perhaps the staff denying them service was black and they are white? Do we know details?
The other criteria is the person denying service has to say WHY they are denying the service, and it must be because of the specific conditions below.
“We dont’ serve crackers here”
Or, alternatively, a long term pattern of denying without saying why.
For instance: If Whites were never seated there.
There is no case here.
None.
I heard the cockroach crawling across your table got food poisoning...from eating there...
As my dad would say; I wanted to see if you were paying attention!
The worst meal I’ve had in the last five years was at a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Used to have OK food.
Vote with your feet and pocketbook! Do not patronize establishments such as these.
Red Lobster in St. George, UT did that to us twice, due to age I believe. I raised Hell with the manager, who apologized and offered a free meal. Declined, as we were not looking for a freebie - just wanted the practice, if franchise policy (project the place as one for the young, "hip" crowd) to stop.
Went back a month later and was treated right. Maybe I was just cranky because I missed my nap.
LOL! Did I pass?
Nice comeback!
