Names are Willa and Vicente both will cover Mexico with rain, flooding and mud slides. Lets see how big the caravan will be later this week.

Kamikaze == "divine wind" (since the storm was 'providential')

Hence the name for the WW II suicide pilots, to inspire them and the populace.

Actually Kamikaze is Japanese for "Divine Wind".
