UPDATE; Mexico is just reportedly prohibiting further advances north. So, they have seen the light...

Haven't heard this, but it sounds tactical and temporary. Perhaps weather related. The caravaners can get to the border in a couple of days on trucks. This ain't over.

If they had seen the light, the migrants would be on their way back south headed for camps or out of Mexico.

CBS reported tonight that Tijuana was the target destination, rather than the closer So. tip of Texas. A mountainous crossing (after a hurricane) won't put them in the San Diego TV market until after the election.

My further thoughts ring true...Mexico doesn't want this on their doorstep.
