I think the case could be made for immediate appeal directly to the Supreme court, if that happens ...
I do not think a judge could overturn an internal directive from DHS mandating a 100% search of ALL vehicles entering the United States. This action would shut down the border between Mexico/US & Canada/US. Unfortunately Canada will have to feel some pain too so this action is not seen as selective.
If there is a 100% vehicle search on the boarder, to intercept illegals and and by default, numerous drug shipments also, you can damn well be sure that Mexican cartels will put a quick end to these large migrant convoys in the immediate future.
