You are right as far as you go, however, the big difference is that those Justices on the right apply the Constitution as it is written while those on the Left apply the Constitution as they wish it were written.
I thought supreme court justices weren’t suppose to be biased. Impeach her now!
I agree this is outrageous, but I remember a few of the Hispanic guys in the Marine Corps. They were patriots and love America.
Sotomayor and Boobamba are a different story.

Therein lies the problem. Minorities go Mot deserve More, they deserve the Same and no more or less than any other American.
The idea that they deserve More has led to a caustic sense of entitlement that erodes the social construct.
