If Republicans hold the Senate and Sen. Lindsey Graham becomes chairman of the Judiciary Committee, hell continue to investigate the Justice Department and the FBIs actions ahead of the 2016 election, the South Carolina Republican said Sunday.
Mr. Graham praised the work House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Virginia Republican, and Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, have done in their probe of the controversial Trump dossiers connection to a FISA warrant on Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

Lindsey has done a 180 since McCrud self-executed ...uh... passed away.
Welcome news.
Yes, Graham is like a new man.
McCain did a lot of good for the country when he croaked.
I agree and think he could well be a very good Chairman.
He has thoroughly earned the distrust in which he is held, and he should prove his conversion is legitimate by serving loyally for a time before even being considered for leadership positions AT ALL.
Support Free Republic, Folks!
Graham did well for Kavanaugh, but he’s still squishy on immigration.
Graham was involved in the Dossier setup along with McCain.
He is trying to gain control to make sure it goes no further.
Remember his history....he is a do nothing until his re-election comes up.
Graham did well on Fox this morning. He is definitely a different person. Sometimes when a leading man takes offensive and has the guts to fight back... it spreads to others. Graham definitely likes what Trump is doing.. and after Graham blew up over how they were treating Kavanaugh.. others in congress had the guts to speak out.
Graham definietly does not like what the dems did to that good man, and he is still upset about it... and I don’t think some of them are his “friends” any more. They showed their ugliness and it surely would break friendships if anything would.
I know Graham and others, speak out at election time... but he has not taken this strong stand before. He did not like to be spit on and he used that to tell voters not to vote for those who do those things... he is going to CA and more, to speak out to voters ... look at what they are doing on the left... you don’t want that!
Maybe, but I haven’t heard he was involved in the dossier.
He’s not up for reelection until 2021.
I totally agree.
Graham has strongly been supporting President Trump and continues to.
What he did supporting Justice Kavanaugh speaking out against the hit job the RATs were attempting was not an act.
He rallied the support for Kavanaugh that in the end got him confirmed.
I think he would make a good Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Ping for your consideration.
Not really.
As Judiciary Chair amnesty is back on the table.
Sen. Graham told Fox News in an interview, DACA, remember that? 690,000 kids brought here on the average age of 6, no place else to go. Trumps going to win in court; he can repeal DACA. The day he wins in court, what do we do with these young people? So Id like to do a deal: Full wall funding for DACA.
But heres the catch: Graham explicitly rules out including any further reforms in the DACA-for-wall deal. Fox host Brian Kilmeade asked him if there would be additional reforms like ending chain migration. Sen. Graham answered, Nope, keep it simple. Translation: Congress should punt on needed immigration reforms and just go ahead and give an amnesty. But without ending chain migration, mandating E-Verify, and ending the Visa Lottery, the DACA amnesty could result in virtually limitless new immigrants.
2020
Was that before or after McCain’s passing?
You’re correct, my mistake.
His election will be in 2020.
This past week.
Lindsey would make a good AG.
Graham needs to be replaced for his support of amnesty in 2006, 2007 and 2013.
He still supports amnesty and has said repeatedly that if you vote for him you are voting for amnesty.
Amnesty is death to America.
