Congress should immediately mandate 50-state reciprocity in the District of Columbia, over which they have absolute and unlimited authority.
The issue of mandating reciprocity among the several states is very complicated (Constitutionally), but there is NO QUESTION that Congress could do this for DC immediately - and they should.
Ran into a couple of idiots a month ago. Left all my stuff in the vehicle (oops I never do that - but did once). It was basically started by a deranged woman. I thought she was just stupid.
