Topics Savage attorney went into: “endangerment of life” (you can protect self);”immediate fear of life”(stronger but still proportional response);aggravated harassment” (protect self). Spit on you = assault under the law. He said try to get others to go out of building with you (Savage laughed at him— said “I know firsthand they’ll all turn away and leave you alone!”) He didn’t cower under how proportionate but Savage said “Don’t tell my radio listeners the wrong thing....”
What *is* right in every city and state? Do we all have to be mobbed, beaten, shot at, knifed, spit at, threatened? And hold up a white lily and beg for mercy? Or will cops and shysters in our lousy, despicable system of justice blame US? Half the cops now seem to be liberals (which means I despise them!) or hopefully less than half?? Let’s find out.
