Couldn’t you please post the whole headline - at least in the first line so we can get the point about what the article is about immediately.
California penal code 175 says those who knowingly bring criminals into the state are liable for prosecution. Maybe that law will start being applied in the near future. Pretty sure it applies all the way up the chain for whoever is involved.
