Blue State Blues: Democrats’ Mob Tactics May Be Working
Breitbart ^ | Joel Pollack

Posted on 10/20/2018 5:46:25 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Last month, a few days after my six-year-old daughter started first grade, I was standing in the schoolyard, having just watched her walk off to her classroom, when I was accosted by another parent.

She told me that, given my conservative views, I should leave liberal California and move to Kansas, where I’d learn how they treat Jews like me.

I asked her if she thought she was being “tolerant.” She replied: “I am tolerant. I just hate you.”

I have hesitated to write about that incident until now, because I did not want to escalate the conflict. But in the past several weeks, it has become clear that conservatives around the country are having similar experiences.

*snip*

Scott Adams, the Dilbert cartoonist who has become a widely respected political pundit thanks to his understanding of methods of persuasion, often notes that fear is the most effective form of persuasion.

Trump has warned voters that Democrats are an “angry mob” — and voters seem to agree, pushing up Republicans’ poll numbers. But polls do not vote — and volunteers may be too afraid of the mob to do what is necessary to make sure Republican voters turn out on Election Day.

There is already anecdotal evidence from the field, where Republicans are reluctant to canvass their neighborhoods, or even put up yard signs, lest they face retaliation.

The voting booth isn’t private when it flips votes.

When I was a teen in the 60s, my late father (a 3 war Marine and a true patriot) said that the voting booth is more sacred than the marriage bed.

>>We’ve always been the SILENT majority.<<

Ah, the Jews were silent in Germany in the 1930s, which led to at least six million of them being “silenced” for eternity, thereby confirming for any and all doubters that silence can get you killed.

I’m the same and it’s not out of fear. I think many conservatives go about their lives without publicly displaying their beliefs. Liberals are different. Ever notice that when you approach a car with a ridiculous number of bumper stickers, they are always leftist? My theory is that Liberals, due to their inherent anger and some self awareness of their own cognitive dissonance, need to shout their beliefs. One political bumper sticker is a statement; Fifty is a scream fest.

The 2014 Pew Religious Landscape Survey showed the religious makeup of adults in Kansas was as follows:

Christian 76%
57% Protestant
31% Evangelical Protestant
24% Mainline Protestant
2% Black Protestant
18% Catholic
1% Mormon
1% Jehovah’s Witness
Non-Christian faiths 4%
Jewish < 1%
Muslim 1%
Buddhist 1%
Hindu < 1%

Not many Jews in Kansas.

Let’s just hope the selfless kindness of others brings her comfort in her time of struggle. A hand offered can sometimes change the world.

>>Rise up, people! MAGA and be proud!!!<<

Basket, you are an inspiration to all right-thinking patriotic Americans. Enough of this cowering behind our fears and apprehensions. I live on a farm close to a college full of weirdos and freaks, but I always wear my flag pins and MAGA hats to town. I also drive my trucks around town everyday with Trump stickers and “NOT A LIBERAL” stickers. I’m in my 70s but in good shape physically, so I’m patiently waiting for the opportunity to punish the first leftist SOB that gets in my face. Fuuk this “hiding” sh*t! Bullies will gleefully kill pacifists, just ask the Jews.

Understatement of the Century... democrat thugs are using fear and intimidation to suppress the vote. It's the same tactic democrats used in the Jim Crow South to keep blacks 'in their place'... not the same thugs are using those tactics against conservatives.

Truth in this statement.

The last time in America the decision was made to take action the result was 600,000 dead and destruction of half the country. What’s really sobering is after the unpleasantness was done, we look back on it and are satisfied that it was necessary.

The danger is not the loud anger of Antifa.

The danger is the very quiet, very observant anger of everyone else.

The deranged communist left thinks they are enraged. If they keep going as they are, they might found out what rage really is.

That’s not a good thing, btw. Hope and pray to God it never happens because it will be a horror show beyond anyone’s worst imaginings. Just the facts of the matter as I see them.

I should leave liberal California and move to Kansas

Should have suggested she move to Venezuela, where she could experience the results of her liberal ideas.
