Guatemala should lose all funding from the US because they did nothing to stop this. Block all visas to Guatemalans and block all money transfers from the US to Guatemala.
Then ask Mexico if they want the same to happen to them.

Guatemala should lose all funding from the US because they did nothing to stop this. Block all visas to Guatemalans and block all money transfers from the US to Guatemala. We don't fund them very much but it would hurt them some. Stopping or taxing those remittances would kill their country.
