Yes, closing is something different entirely. The devil will be in the details...an Executive Order...which will have to be far more comprehensive than a tweet. If remittances are stopped - electronic transfers to Mexico and Central American countries - this charade will end in one day. Those countries are dependent upon that flow of money to maintain what passes for their economies.
Let them go to Soros and his fellow fascists - who are funding this charade - and see if they can replace all that money they are losing. Things will change the very next day.
