It was a beautiful moment. I watched on YouTube. Just easier than wrestling away the remote from hubby. LOL!

We have two TVs so there’s no fighting over who watches what. LOL

If I hadn’t been working at the tent all day, I’d have seen this event ‘live’.

We do, too, but the small one doesn’t have a comfortable place to sit. it’s in the guest room. There used to be a chair, but we moved it out when hubby’s mom was here.

I watched it live via RSBN on YouTube. I didn’t watch the whole thing. Just the part that I got the ‘scap from.

Good evening, radu...we had a record high today. 56 degrees!!

How are your beans doing? Getting close?

Until I bought a glider-rocker last year at our group’s rummage sale, all I had in this room to watch TV from was the desk chair. Best $25 I’ve spent in a long time. LOL

I wish I could have watched it. I love those ceremonies. Such a special moment for the recipients and their families.

It isn’t even morning here yet, though almost .... just a couple of minutes until midnight .... so you still have a little ways to go. :-)
Must have been a ROUGH three days.

You’re having record highs and our temps have been below normal, though today wasn’t too bad. But it was our high point for the next week at least. They’re even calling for a good chance for wide-spread frost this weekend. BRRRRR

The beans are just about ready to harvest now. We could wake up to the sounds of the combines any day.

We had a record high for the day...56 degrees.

They said a low is keeping the temps up, and rain continuing.

All is well here. It’s still cool and drizzly, but I’m loving it! I’m sure there are some folks that are whining, but it’s been so nice not to have summer heat!

Hope you and Gizmo are having fun at the lake! Is it still raining there, too? We can thank Pacific Hurricane Tara for all of this. Kind of hope central Texas has a chance to dry out soon, though!
