Stacey Abrams emerged from her SUV on a busy Midtown Atlanta street corner on Sunday with a declaration to make to the throngs of voters attending the Atlanta Pride Parade, the annual celebration of LGBT rights in the heart of the city.
“We’re here because we stand together, because we know that allies do not run from fights. And because we know we all have pride in Georgia,” she told cheering supporters, adding: “We stand with you and not against you.”
Shortly after, she became the first major-party nominee for governor to march in the parade, a vibrant spectacle that attracted just about every major corporation in Atlanta, dozens of political candidates and tens of thousands of Georgians.
Her contingent, led by a group that included U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson and his protégé, former 6th District hopeful Jon Ossoff, hoisted rainbow-colored flags and stark-blue political signs.

She was there to remind blacks that they are old news and that illegals and trans are the face of the modern Democrat party.
Probably true, IF the election was left up to Atlanta, but the rest of the state has very different values.
Atlanta is one of those blue zones, but, that’s where all the media congregates, thus easier “camera time” for abrams.
The rest of the state gets a vote too.
I’m betting her internals are not showing her in the lead so she is going to the poof parade to galvanize the coo-coo vote.The rest of the state aint wild about that nonsense.

That's why she's doing this pre-emptive strike on Kemp over this so-called voter registration "scandal," which in reality it was merely enforcing the law until some leftist judge forced Kemp to let the 53,000 or so voters vote.
